Methodology
Each of you answers independently. The full picture only appears when both are done.
How it works
Where the feedback comes from
Each person answers independently. Your results combine the moment both of you are done.
28 questions calibrated to surface your unique communication style. Each person answers independently. Individual scores in each dimension drive the gap analysis and produce your individual type.
Two questions per responsibility across five categories. Who handled it growing up, and who you expect to handle it. The childhood context surfaces alongside results to understand why you each have the expectations you do.
Couple typing
A typing system built for couples, not individuals. Your type emerges from the combination of where you each land.
Based on your exercise responses, each person is scored across 10 dimensions and plotted on two axes: Engage ↔ Withdraw and Open ↔ Guarded.
Each person's position on both axes determines one of four individual types: The Reacher, The Anchor, The Feeler, or The Protector.
Your partner's individual type and yours combine into one of ten possible couple types — describing how your specific patterns interact, not just who you are alone.
Based on in-depth answers, each partner is placed at a specific point within the four-quadrant map — not just a quadrant, but a precise location within it.
What comes next
Guided exercises built directly from your results — specific to your couple type and the gaps that showed up.
Articles, prompts, and frameworks organized around what your results surface — when you need them.
What you each need evolves. Attune is yours to return to — a year from now, or whenever something shifts.
Two exercises. About 25 minutes each. Completely private until you're both done.
